Market overviews list formats such as In-Feed video of up to 60 seconds, Eye Max, Take Over, Hashtag Challenge and Magic Face, with objectives for awareness, engagement and conversions and targeting by location, age, gender, language and operating system. Conversions are measured with Kwai Pixel.
On paper anyone can open a Kwai business account at business.kwai.com. In practice many new advertisers see the account waiting for manager approval, and Kwai support points them to an account manager or a partner agency. An agency account removes that step: the account already belongs to an agency setup and is opened for you to run.

Kwai reviews ads against its advertising policy, and an agency account follows the same rules as any other. The points below are the general principles; the current policy is published by Kwai.
- Betting in Brazil: since 1 January 2025 Kwai accepts betting ads in Brazil only from operators licensed under Brazilian law.
- Claims: false or misleading statements about results are a common reason for rejection.
- Products: prohibited goods and services are not allowed, whatever the account type.
- Rights: creatives must not infringe trademarks, music or other intellectual property.
- Fraud: scams and deceptive landing pages lead to rejection and account restrictions.
If access is blocked
When an account is restricted or becomes unavailable, the standard Kwai answer is to contact the account manager or the partner agency the account belongs to. With AdsRiver that contact is your manager.

Snack Video ads: same Kwai for Business account
Snack Video is the brand Kuaishou uses for its short-video app in Indonesia and Pakistan. There is no separate Snack Video ads platform: Snack Video advertising is bought through Kwai for Business, and the Kwai Discover page sends advertisers to the same kwai.com/business entry point.
So a Snack Video ad account is, in practice, a Kwai for Business account. Tell the manager which market you target and we set up access for it. Payment, moderation and account issues follow the Kwai sections above.
