Ad networks with a low minimum deposit
How much do you need to start testing push, pop, native or banner traffic? We put the minimum deposits of eight ad networks and DSPs in one table: ClickAdilla, OnClickA, AADS, AdMaven, HilltopAds, Evadav, Conquest DSP and Oveeo, with payment methods, formats, verticals and where each number comes from.
Use it to plan a first test on $50–100, see which networks ask for more when you pay in crypto or by wire, and run a quick safety check before you send money. If you would rather not compare on your own, message our bot and we will suggest a network for your budget, vertical and GEO.
ComparisonMinimum deposits of 8 ad networks
The minimum often depends on the payment method, so read the whole row, not just the headline number.
| Network | Minimum deposit | Payment methods | Formats | Verticals | Source |

| Oveeo | Not published | Not published | Not published | Not published | No public data |
As of October 6, 2026. Figures for ClickAdilla and OnClickA come from third-party reviews and are not official: check the billing page in your account before paying. Networks change minimums (HilltopAds, for example, raised its minimum to $100 in 2025), so we review this table monthly.
What the numbers really mean
The headline minimum is not always your minimum. AdMaven accepts $100 for most methods, but a top-up in USDT, BTC or by wire starts at $500. AADS asks $100, yet USDT on ERC20 starts at $250. HilltopAds takes $100 for most methods and €500 by wire. If you plan to pay in crypto, budget for the crypto threshold, not the card one.
Official vs third-party. For AADS, AdMaven, HilltopAds, Evadav and Conquest DSP the numbers come from the networks' own sites and help pages. For ClickAdilla and OnClickA they come from third-party reviews only, so treat "$50" and "$45–50" as a guide, not a promise. Oveeo does not publish a minimum at all.
Verticals are not a permission slip. A network that does not list a vertical as banned has not confirmed that it accepts it. Before you pay, open the network's prohibited-content rules and compare them with your offer and landing page. Our ad network account guide covers this in more detail.
How to chooseHow to pick a network for a first test
Four questions narrow eight networks down to one or two.
- Set your test budget
Decide how much you can spend before you know whether the offer works. With $50–100 you are looking at networks with a $45–100 entry; with $500 and more, Conquest DSP and crypto top-ups at AdMaven become an option. Keep part of the budget in reserve: the deposit is not the whole test.
- Match the format to the offer
Push and in-page suit subscriptions, sweepstakes and apps; popunder delivers volume for landers that convert on a fast click; native fits content-style funnels; banners are the only option at AADS. Pick the network whose formats match how your funnel converts.
- Check the vertical
Read the network's rules before moderation and before payment. Evadav bans adult and nudity, HilltopAds allows 18+ only in its Non-Mainstream category, and for ClickAdilla and OnClickA verticals beyond adult and dating are not confirmed. If in doubt, ask the network's support or message us.
- Check the GEO and payment method
Make sure the network buys traffic in your GEO and accepts the way you pay. Some vertical rules differ by country, and the payment method can change the minimum by five times.
Which networks fit which budget
ClickAdilla (from $50) and OnClickA ($45–50) per third-party reviews, both with crypto top-ups. Confirm the minimum in the account before paying.
Evadav, HilltopAds, AdMaven and AADS, by card or other standard methods, according to the networks' sites.
AADS from $250 in USDT ERC20; AdMaven from $500 in USDT, BTC or by wire; HilltopAds from €500 by wire.
Conquest DSP, self-serve or managed, for teams and agencies that want a DSP rather than a single network.

Pick a networkSafetyChecklist before your first deposit
Six checks that protect a small budget from the most common problems: rejected campaigns, frozen balances and slow withdrawals.
- Start with a test amount. Top up the minimum, run the test, and withdraw the remainder before you scale.
- Read the banned verticals first. Check the prohibited list before moderation and before payment, not after.
- Keep screenshots. Save the terms, the minimum, the fees and your chat with the manager.
- Compare ratings. Look at Trustpilot and niche forums, and pay attention to complaints about withdrawals.
- Do not keep a large balance. Top up as you spend; a big idle balance is the money most at risk.
- Ask about withdrawals. Find out which methods you can withdraw to and what the withdrawal minimum is.
How AdsRiver helps
AdsRiver helps media buyers and agencies choose an ad network that fits their budget, vertical and GEO. We tell you which network is likely to accept your offer, what the real entry threshold is for your payment method and what to check before paying. You work in your own account, under your own name, and keep full control of your campaigns and balance.
If you want to top up through AdsRiver, the terms are: fee — on request, minimum top-up — from $200, payment methods — bank transfer or PayPal (prepayment, B2B contract, invoice), account setup — 1–3 business days. Everything else is set by the network itself: its minimum, moderation rules and payout terms.
FAQ
Which ad network has the lowest minimum deposit?
According to third-party reviews, OnClickA starts at $45–50 and ClickAdilla at $50. These figures are not confirmed by the networks, so check the billing page before paying. Among official figures, Evadav, HilltopAds, AdMaven and AADS start at $100 as of October 6, 2026.
Is $50 enough to test an ad network?
It is enough to check that the network accepts your offer and delivers traffic in your GEO, but usually not enough to judge profitability. Plan a test on $50–100 with a clear stop rule, and withdraw the remainder if the results do not convince you.
Why does the minimum change with the payment method?
Networks set separate thresholds for methods with higher processing costs. AdMaven asks $500 for USDT, BTC and wire instead of $100; AADS asks $250 for USDT ERC20; HilltopAds asks €500 by wire.
Can I top up with crypto?
Yes, most networks in the table accept crypto: HilltopAds, AdMaven and AADS according to their sites, ClickAdilla and OnClickA according to third-party reviews. Paying in crypto does not mean the network accepts crypto offers; that is a separate vertical rule.
What is the minimum deposit at Evadav?
Evadav asks $100 according to its site, payable by card, PayPal, Skrill, Payoneer and other methods. The Evadav guide covers formats, banned verticals and reviews.
Are the ClickAdilla and OnClickA minimums official?
No. The $50 for ClickAdilla and $45–50 for OnClickA come from third-party reviews. We will mark them as official only after checking them against the networks' own pages.
Is Conquest DSP suitable for a small test?
Conquest DSP starts at $500 and offers self-serve and managed modes, so it suits teams and agencies with a larger test budget rather than a $50 trial.
Does a deposit guarantee my campaign will be approved?
No. Every network reviews creatives and landing pages under its own rules. Read the prohibited list before you pay so that your deposit does not sit idle on a rejected campaign.
How do I avoid losing money on withdrawal?
Start with a test amount, do not keep a large balance, ask in advance which withdrawal methods and minimums apply, and keep screenshots of the terms and your chats with the manager.
Can you help me choose a network?
