Snapchat Ads Account: Business Manager Access, Top-Up and Support

Get or rent a Snapchat agency ad account with AdsRiver: an ad account in Snapchat Ads Manager with agency access set up for your team, top-ups in one place and a manager who helps with roles, billing and ad review.

AdsRiver works as a Snapchat Ads account provider for media buyers, affiliate teams, agencies, e-commerce brands and app marketers who want full-screen vertical video, Story Ads and Collection Ads in their mix — without assembling the account side alone.

How a Snapchat Ads account is structured

Everything in Snapchat Ads Manager lives inside an Organization, also called Business Manager.

  • Organization (Business Manager). Business details, members, ad accounts, Public Profiles and billing. Organization roles: Admin, Business Admin, Data Admin, Agency Admin, Member.
  • Ad account. Created inside the organization with an advertiser name, time zone and currency. Account roles: Admin, Creative, General, Reports, Audience and Agency Member.
  • Campaign → Ad Set → Ad. The campaign holds the objective, the ad set (Ad Squad in the API) holds targeting, budget and bid, the ad holds the creative.
  • Public Profile. Required to advertise on Snapchat and free to create; ads run on behalf of this profile.
  • Account currency. AUD, CAD, DKK, EUR, GBP, NOK, SEK or USD — set when the ad account is created.

What a Snapchat agency ad account is

A Snapchat agency account is a regular Snapchat ad account to which an agency organization has access through the Agency Admin and Agency Member roles. Snapchat has no separate "agency" account type with different limits — the difference is who runs the account side: access, roles, billing and support.

With a Snapchat ads agency account from AdsRiver, that side is on us. You get an ad account set up in Business Manager with the right role for your team, top-ups through AdsRiver and a manager on hand. If you already have your own Business Manager, you can invite AdsRiver as an agency and assign us to the ad account — the same agency access, on your organization.

Looking to buy a Snapchat ad account or find a Snapchat ad account for sale? We are talking about Snapchat Ads ad accounts for advertising — not personal Snapchat profiles. You get access to an ad account for your campaigns, set up and funded through AdsRiver.

Not the Agency Partner Program

The Snapchat Agency Partner Program is often confused with agency ad accounts. They solve different tasks.

Who it is for

  • Media buying and affiliate marketing. Snapchat ads for media buying and Snapchat ads for affiliate marketing work with native vertical creatives, Leads and Sales objectives and a separate ad account per offer.
  • Agencies. Client campaigns with top-ups in one place instead of collecting cards from every client.
  • E-commerce. Collection Ads and the Sales objective with Snap Pixel and Conversions API.
  • Apps and games. The App Promotion objective for installs and re-engagement with full-screen video.
  • Restricted verticals. Finance, gambling, health, dating and other regulated goods run only under Snap's conditions — we check your vertical against the policy before launch.

Not a fit if you are looking for personal Snapchat profiles: we work only with ad accounts.

What you get

  • An ad account with agency access. Set up in Business Manager with roles for your team; access within 1–3 business days.
  • Organization and Public Profile setup. Roles, members and a Public Profile configured so you can launch.
  • Tracking. Help connecting Snap Pixel and Conversions API for Sales and Leads optimisation.
  • Policy check. Landing page and creatives reviewed against Snap advertising policies before submission.
  • Top-ups through AdsRiver. Pay via bank transfer or PayPal (prepayment, B2B contract, invoice); minimum top-up from $200; service fee on request.
  • A manager in Telegram. Help with campaigns, rejections and billing questions. Support hours: Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:30 (GMT+8).

How to create a Snapchat ad account and start

How to get a Snapchat agency account and go live:

  1. Brief in Telegram

Message the AdsRiver bot: vertical, GEOs, account currency, planned budget. The manager confirms terms — on request, from $200, bank transfer or PayPal (prepayment, B2B contract, invoice).

  2. Organization and ad account

The organization (Business Manager) and the ad account are created with advertiser name, time zone and currency.

  3. Agency access

AdsRiver gets the Agency Admin / Agency Member role and your team gets access to the ad account. With your own Business Manager, you invite us as an agency instead.

  4. Payment method and top-up

The first top-up goes through AdsRiver; the balance is ready for spend.

  5. Public Profile, creatives and review

Create the Public Profile, prepare vertical creatives and a mobile landing page, submit ads for review.

  6. Launch

Install Pixel or Conversions API, go live and scale what works.

Snapchat Ads account requirements in short: a Public Profile, a working mobile landing page relevant to the ad, and a product that fits Snap advertising policies.

Snapchat Ads payment and top-up

Snapchat top up through AdsRiver: you pay via bank transfer or PayPal (prepayment, B2B contract, invoice), we credit the Snapchat ad account and the balance is ready for spend. Minimum top-up — from $200, service fee — on request.

What about the Snapchat Ads minimum deposit? Snapchat has no separate minimum deposit. There is a minimum daily budget — Snap's pricing page lists it from $5 per day — and Prepay is optional. Snapchat itself has no crypto billing; how you pay AdsRiver is set by our payment methods: bank transfer or PayPal (prepayment, B2B contract, invoice).

Ad review and policies

Snap reviews ads typically within 24 hours and recommends submitting them 24–48 hours before launch. Ads can also be reviewed after they go live, and editing creative or targeting can send an ad back to review. The reason for a rejection is shown in Manage Ads.

  • Landing page. Working, mobile-friendly, relevant to the ad, without automatic downloads.
  • Claims. No unsupported promises such as guaranteed income; misleading claims are a common reason for rejection.
  • Restricted categories. Financial services, gambling, health, dating and regulated goods need to meet Snap's conditions; gambling requires prior approval and a licence for each targeted jurisdiction.
  • Prohibited content. Products and practices listed as prohibited in Snap advertising policies are not accepted at all.

Snapchat Ads account banned: what to do

A rejected ad or a restricted ad account usually comes down to claims, the landing page or a restricted product. This is about the ad account, not a personal Snapchat profile.

  1. Find the reason

Check the rejection reason in Manage Ads and the policy it refers to.

  2. Fix the cause

Change the creative, claims or landing page so they meet the policy.

  3. Prepare the appeal

The manager helps put together a clear case with what was changed.

  4. Submit via Help Center

File the appeal through Snap's Business Help Center and wait for Snap's decision.
