Ad network account: open and top up

Whether you want to open your own advertiser account in a push, pop or native network or get an agency ad account for Facebook, TikTok or Google, the questions are the same: what the network asks for at sign-up, how to top up without losing money on fees, and which network will actually accept your vertical.

This guide walks through all three and shows where AdsRiver saves time: we match you with a network for your vertical, GEO and budget, connect you with a manager and handle top-ups through one channel.

Push, pop, native, socialTop-up: from $200Vertical × network checkManager in Telegram

Two ways to get an advertiser account

Your own self-serve account. You register directly with the network, fill in billing details, pass verification if the network asks for it and pay from your own card, wallet or bank account. It costs nothing extra, but you deal with moderation, payment issues and support tickets on your own.

An agency account. The account is set up through an agency with business details already in place, top-ups go through the agency, and a manager is there when a campaign is stuck in review. This is what people usually mean when they search for "buy an ads account", "rent an ad account" or «аккаунты для арбитража». You still work in the network's normal interface and your campaigns pass the same moderation as everyone else's.

Many teams combine both: a self-serve account to test a network on a small budget, then an agency setup once the funnel works and volumes grow.

How to open your own ad network account

The order is roughly the same in every push, pop and native network.

  1. Pick the network

Start from your format (push, popunder, native, banners), vertical and GEO, then compare entry budgets. Our minimum deposit comparison lists the current numbers.

  2. Read the prohibited list first

Check the network's ad policy before you register and before you pay. If your vertical is on the list, no top-up will fix it.

  3. Register as an advertiser

Email, password, messenger contact. Some networks assign a manager right after sign-up, others only after the first deposit.

  4. Fill in billing details

Individual or company, address, tax details for invoices. Company details matter if you need closing documents for accounting.

  5. Pass verification if asked

KYC rules differ: some networks ask for ID or company documents at sign-up, others only for wire payments, large top-ups or withdrawals.

  6. Make a test top-up

Deposit the minimum, launch one campaign and check traffic quality before you scale. Read ad network reviews to know what complaints to watch for.

Documents and KYC: what networks usually ask for

  • Contact and login details. A working email and a messenger — most managers in push and pop networks work through Telegram.
  • Billing information. Name or company name, address and tax ID for invoices.
  • ID or company documents. Passport, certificate of incorporation or a director's ID — usually requested for wire transfers, larger amounts or a withdrawal.
  • Proof of payment method. For cards or wallets the network may ask to confirm that the payment method belongs to you or your company.
  • Landing pages and offer. Not a document, but moderation checks the whole redirect chain, so have the final landing ready before you submit.
Verification is the network's rule, not an option. If a network asks for KYC, it applies to every advertiser, including agency clients.

How to top up: minimum deposits and payment methods

Entry budgets and methods differ a lot between networks — and sometimes inside one network depending on how you pay.

Top-up pitfalls that cost media buyers money

  • The minimum depends on the method. At AdMaven the $100 minimum becomes $500 for crypto and wire; at AADS USDT on ERC20 starts at $250. Pick the method before you plan the test budget.
  • Wrong crypto network. USDT on ERC20 and TRC20 are different transfers. Sending on the wrong chain can mean a lost payment.
  • Fees on both ends. Card processors, exchangers and banks take their cut. Compare the amount that lands on the balance, not the amount you sent.
  • Withdrawals are not top-ups in reverse. Many complaints about networks are about getting the unspent balance back. Ask about withdrawal methods and minimums before the first payment.
  • A big idle balance. Keep only what you plan to spend in the next days. If an account is frozen, everything on it is frozen too.
Never top up before you have checked the network's prohibited list against your offer. A rejected vertical is the most common reason money gets stuck.

What a manager and agency access give you

In push, pop and native networks a good manager is often worth more than a bonus on the first deposit.

Faster answers in review

A manager can tell you why a creative or landing was rejected and what to change, instead of a generic support ticket.

Traffic insight

Which GEOs and formats are converting for your vertical right now, recommended bids and sources worth blacklisting.

One top-up channel

With AdsRiver you top up via bank transfer or PayPal (prepayment, B2B contract, invoice), minimum top-up from $200, service fee on request — one flow for several networks or accounts.

Several accounts

Separate accounts per buyer, client, vertical or GEO, including agency setups with GEO EU targeting where the platform allows it.

Tracking setup

Help with S2S postback for your tracker so the network can optimise on conversions, not just clicks.

Your own account

You work in an account set up for your business, see the real balance and spend, and keep control of your campaigns.

HilltopAds and Evadav: according to the networks' sites, as of October 6, 2026. HilltopAds asks advertisers in geo-sensitive verticals to message a manager before launch. Every network also bans scams, malware, drugs and deceptive creatives.

"Not named" means the rules are silent, not that the vertical is allowed. We confirm with the network before you pay.

Agency accounts on the big platforms

If your traffic plan goes beyond push and pop, AdsRiver also arranges agency ad accounts on social and search platforms.

Pricing for an agency ad account depends on the platform and monthly spend: service fee on request, minimum top-up from $200, account ready in 1–3 business days.

How we work

  • Your account, your campaigns. You get an account set up for your business and full control over campaigns and spend.
  • Network rules apply in full. Every campaign goes through the network's own moderation. We help you prepare creatives and landings that pass it.
  • Facts with sources. We tell you which terms come from the network and which come from third-party reviews, with dates.
  • Test first. We suggest a small test budget before scaling on any new network.

FAQ

Can I buy or rent an ad account?

You can get an agency ad account set up for your business through AdsRiver: the business details are in place, top-ups go through us and a manager supports you. You work in your own account and the network's rules and moderation apply as usual.

What is the difference between an agency account and a regular one?

A regular account is registered and paid by you directly. An agency account is set up through an agency, which handles billing and gives you a manager. The interface, formats and moderation are the same.

How much does an agency ad account cost?

It depends on the platform and your monthly spend. AdsRiver's service fee and minimum top-up are confirmed individually when you message the bot.

How do I top up an ad account?

Networks accept cards, e-wallets, crypto and wire transfers, but the set differs by network and the minimum can depend on the method. Through AdsRiver you top up via bank transfer or PayPal (prepayment, B2B contract, invoice), minimum from $200.

Do I need KYC to open an account in a push or pop network?

It depends on the network. Some ask for ID or company documents at sign-up, others only for wire payments, large top-ups or withdrawals. Verification rules apply to every advertiser.

Which networks accept adult traffic?

According to HilltopAds rules, 18+ is allowed only in its Non-Mainstream traffic category. Evadav prohibits nudity. Third-party reviews describe ClickAdilla as focused on adult and dating. Check the current rules before paying.

Which networks accept gambling?

HilltopAds lists iGaming as a preferred niche but restricts it in some countries and asks advertisers to contact a manager first. For other networks we check the current rules for your GEO on request.

Can you guarantee my campaigns will be approved?

No one can honestly guarantee that. Every campaign passes the network's moderation. We help you check the vertical and prepare creatives and landings so they meet the rules.

Can I get an agency account with EU GEO targeting?

Yes, where the platform allows your vertical in the chosen EU countries. Tell us the GEO and vertical and we will suggest options.

How fast can I start?

A self-serve account in a push or pop network can be opened the same day. An agency account through AdsRiver is ready in 1–3 business days after the terms are agreed.
